Mo..Curly Mo...

"Awww come on! No more pictures! Will somebody help me? MeMoo is picking on me again!"

Her 'mohawk' turned curly! Check out the back of her head...bald spot...Mo has MeMoo's cowlicks! Two going in opposite directions creating a point with a nice curly Q to top it off. Curly Mo or is it Jaz Mo? (AKA Jazmin)

Celebrating her freedom from MeMoo! After being with me 6 days, she is now in the arms of her forever family. Please pray for her new family and Jazmin, as she has corrective surgery on Thursday. She is a gift from God as she is one of His little angels. "Let Jazmin take refuge in You and be glad; let her ever sing for joy. Spread Your protection over her that she may rejoice in You." Psalm 5:11

Samuel

Samuel spent last week-end with MeMoo. He was a chunky monkey with a very easy personality. He loved his bath time!

I would talk to him in my own "baby talk" and he would smile and talk back to me.

Tummy time was an opportunity for him to look around and wish he could crawl. His arms are too short for his 'fat belly'.

Hannah's 18!

Can you believe it? Hannah is 18 years old and has her license to drive! Stay off the roads and out of her way as school starts Monday!

ooo! la la!.....the hula girls...Hannah, Kerri and Danielle

What's a party without food? Check out this spread....there was food everywhere...TJ's famous "Fire poppers" were gobbled down (toothpicks and all!)

You can't have a luau without a pig with an apple in it's mouth. (I could say that this little piggy was Babe, but I won't!)

A group shot of some of the many youth in the house.

Decorations galore! Even the fire place was decorated!

Lyn with the infamous 'fire place' that Brad had difficulty parting with as it was stored in their garage for 2 years collecting dust, cob webs and who knows what! Stacey posted a photo on their blog, "FREE...needs to find a good home!" Missy & Nidia jumped at the opportunity and gave the fire places beautiful new homes. (She really didn't want her picture taken but I HAD to take a picture of her with the mantle! All for you Brad!)

From babies ... to dawgs...

Meet teeny Courtney ... weighing about 5 pounds. The hospital cap is too big for her 'pea size' head!

Elisabeth admired her fine and perfect petite features.

Courtney spent 2 days with MeMoo before her forever family took her home.

From taking care of babies...to sleeping with the dawgs! Dog sitting and running between two houses watching 3 dogs consumed my week-end.

BJ is king of the couch!
His other favorite place is sitting in the big chair by the window being the neighborhood watch dog. BJ got a hair cut before his owners left. I couldn't really tell because he has short hair. But when he was romping in the backyard, I noticed his tail...

He has a "Lions tail!" Poor BJ was embarrassed when I laughed at him. Do you think he will have to go into therapy?

I spent the days with BJ and then scrambled to the other house where Pudge & Sushi were anxiously waiting for me. As I opened the garage door, they would run to the back door and plan their escape.

Sushi is the 'Lady of the house" as she likes to be near you, if not on your lap! Can you tell that she had a haircut? I could see her eyes! Needless to say, the dogs were very happy to see their families return and be back in their normal routine.

God is faithful ...

"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." 1 John 5:14
God knows what I need... it's been 65 days since my grands left and moved to Austria. I keep thinking that each day it will get a little easier, but it doesn't, I miss them greatly! Yet He has been faithful by placing children in my life to love and care for.

This week it was Jenae. This sweet little girl has a set of lungs on her! She was very good BUT when she was hungry, she let you and everyone else on the block know it! It's a good thing Lyn was in NC this week!

Isn't she beautiful? Look at her perfect eyebrows, nose and lips ... see how relaxed she is in her Mommys arms.

Jenaes proud parents! She has a Big Brother waiting for her at home.

Please pray for these babies, as they are gifts from God....

"Put people in Janae, Ben and Jazmin's (Mo) lives who will gently instruct them; and grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth. Cause Janae, Ben and Jazmin to come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will."
2 Timothy 2:25-26

Please pray for Luke, Abby & Levi as they transition into Austrian life and make new friends.
"Do immeasurably more in their lives than all we could ever ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within them. Glorify Yourself through their lives, and for generations to come." Ephesians 3:20-21
